Retrofitting works involved the replacement of chillers and associated equipment, LED lightings, as well as heat pumps to replace conventional hot water calorifiers 450 kWp of solar PVs were also added.

The projected energy use reduction was met with the above measures

• Annual Energy Savings (%) Compared to Reference BEI: 2%
