Project Name: Energy Management at Klang-Selatan Regional Sewage Treatment Plant

• IWK is a company owned by MoF and a national`s sewerage company in developing and maintaining a modern and efficient sewerage system.
• They have started their Enegry Management System since 2019 and since then, the Energy Saving they managed to reduce 17% of their energy usage.
• In 2022, the energy saving was 259,077 which equivalent to RM 69,604 saving and 152 tonne carbon reduction.
• The reduction and savings are with help of Solar PV installation, changing aspirator blower to turbo blower and installation of voltage power optimizer.
