Project Name: Energy Efficiency for Kenanga Tower

• Kenanga Tower have been implemented the energy efficiency measures from Oct 21 till Dec 22 to reduce overall energy consumption & maximum demand.
• The savings in energy is 900,429 kWh equivalent to RM 417,522. They also has undergone the chiller replacement as part of retrofitting exercise to improve energy efficiency. Apart from that, the building structure in rectangular and south-east orientation direction as well as having a greenery section helps a lot in reducing energy consumption
