Project Name: Retrofitted building for Lotus’s Stores Energy Efficiency (Lotus’s Bukit Mertajam)

• Through energy efficiency improvement efforts, Lotus’s Stores Malaysia has successfully reduced total energy consumption, as reflected in their utility bills.
• By comparing the utility bills from before and after the retrofit, a 38.2% reduction in energy consumption was achieved.
• They have retrofit their airconditioning as well as the lighting system that contributed to a drastic improvement in the overall energy consumption. Not only that, as a stores that require a lot of refrigerator that is always consume more energy usage, they have make a refrigeration replacement that are 6% more efficient than before.
