Project Name: Menara PjH

  • Menara PJH, a non-residential office building, began operations on January 27, 2012, with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 53,505.73 sqm.
  • Designed with sustainability in mind, the building emphasizes fossil fuel reduction, water conservation, sustainable materials, waste minimization, indoor environmental quality, and efficient traffic and transport management.
  • Key green features of Menara PJH include a high-performance façade with an OTTV of less than 45 W/m², Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) systems exceeding 50 kWp, and an energy-efficient design with a Building Energy Intensity (BEI) below 140 kWh/m²/year.
  • The building also uses low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and no urea formaldehyde in materials, achieves a CIDB QLASSIC score over 70%, and utilizes harvested rainwater and greywater recycling to reduce potable water consumption by more than 30%.
  • Additionally, water-efficient fixtures cut potable water use by over 50%, while regenerative lifts and advanced air filtration systems further enhance sustainability.
